WordPress can create custom pages, listing all posts tagged with a term.

The 'Tag Sticky Post' plugin can create a "sticky" (featured) post that appears above all other posts listed inside a tag archive page.

This means the selected post has a bigger listing priority than the other posts when it comes to the selected tag.

To mark blog posts as sticky per tag, a special meta widget is added to the post editing screen in WordPress.

A similar plugin for creating sticky posts based on a category is also available.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
